What if we are bigger than we think?

- I often ask myself, why do we limit ourselves?
- Is because mediocrity is normal?
- Is because many systems expect us to be average?
- Is because "average" is praised and accepted?
- Is because "dimmed lights" are societically acceptable?
- Is because we see ourselves as far as other people see us?
- Is it because we do not even know the standard we are suppose to see ourselves against?
- Do we spent enough time with ourselves to know who we are?
- Do we use God's word as the Barometer of who we are or do we use societal standards?
Sometimes we go through hard times at work, home and school because these spaces don't see us how we see ourselves. Instead of getting positive feedback manier times we get negative feedback. Unresolved issues at work, not being appreciated in your own home and failing a test can just change how we see ourselves eventually. Sometimes because of the constant negative feedback from people around us and systems around we end up yielding to feeling thinking we are less.
