  • 50 Butt pushbacks, 100 Back fat lifts using resistance bands, 300 twerks, 300 jumps skipping rope, 50 kettlebell stomach bands - 12/01/2024

  • Food: Nicknaks and Beetroot (boiled with 5 tablespoons of Canola oil)

  • 1 litre homemade Beetroot Juice

  • Butternut soup, 1000 steps - 14 & 13 Jan 2024

  • 200 Butt pushbacks, 200 Back fat lifts, 350 twerks - 15/01/2024

  •  140 butt twerks, 200 skips, 40 butt twerks, 70 Back fat lifts, 36 stomach bands

  • 45 tummy pull ups,

  •  28 Butt push out, 102 butt twerks, 40 leg and hip stretch, 40 boob twerks - 12.02.2024

  • 200 skips and 60 back fat lifts

  • Did a debriefing session with my therapist and life coach

  • 30 back fat and 300 skips

  • 30 tummy lift up and 30 back fat
