-There is a difference between a leader (human vessel) and God(divinity)

- I learnt no matter how angry, I must protect the integrity of a leader

-I have learnt to give credit to whom it's due no matter how angry I am

- I have learnt to covenant with God and be patient with man

-I have learnt to heal and tell the story fairly without bias

-I have learnt to tell God how I feel

-I have learnt the importance of dealing with emotional pain

-I have learnt the importance of vulnerability

-I have learnt to stand my ground and not apologise if I feel I was not wrong

-I have learnt how much I value my relationship with my leader

-I have learnt how much I value my service to the Lord.

-I have learnt how much I love God

-I have learnt not to be passive and ignorant

- I have learnt that God is not baiased. He judges the matter not the person

-I have learnt the importance of calling for a therapist so that I do not gossip from bitterness

-I have learnt to know what is a cult and what is a church

- I have learnt to be grateful that I have a self esteem growing

-I have learnt to forgive and reconsider
