- Lord I pray for a peaceful lady or guy or family.

- A person who will never default on my rent.

- A person who is very neat.

-A person who will protect and not vandelise, abuse or steal from my property

- A peaceful, stress free and a faithful tenant.

- A tenant that will stay more that 5 years in my flat

- A person who will take care of my property better than me.

- A God fearing tenant

- A faithful tenant with intergrity

- Must move in Mid April 2023 and leave to her Property after 5 years

- An understanding and not an easily offended tenant
