More performance and less love and connection!!

I think at church we are more on performance now than brotherly love. Performance breeds a culture of competition and less consideration for the other Bretheren feelings. We getting deeper and deeper into performance (and what money can buy, slowly becoming artificial and results driven) and we are slowly becoming cold. Remember performance will allow a cold and hostile culture in the expense of performance and achieving targets. Our culture is becoming more corporate. We are slowly developing a peasant and a bond master culture. A talk down culture not a talk with culture!! More of a divided culture!! More of bullying given a blind eye based on influence and substance. A step down and trample culture!! A house of Eli, Jezabelic and Abisalom culture. The "it girl culture". The "It Squad" culture. A narcistic suck it culture and do as told. We are developing a less engaging and collaborative culture. A hopefully dumb not to see culture!! Damned if you question anything. A toxic feminine masculinity culture by the sons!! And church is the House of my Father!! We are slowly becoming ruthless and merciless!! We are slowly developing a culture of "more taking" and a less giving culture. It should not be that way!! Be that as it may, it does not give me room to speak freely about the failures of the church of God. I will protect what is of God with dignity but I will not promote or partake in the abuse directed towards or any believer. Let me be your light Lord that shines forth your love and Grace. I will not be bullied at church but help me stay Lord. Kuyoba ngamandla wakho Lord. Help us overcome but save us Lord from sons that are bullies. Help me stand my ground not because of fear or ndiyongcwatshwa but because of faithfulness. Help me to be as stubborn as an ox in my face!!
